Steve has helped tremendously by giving me tips on my deadlifts, squat and bench techniques, as well as how to use the machines to maximise gainzzz . He is professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. My bench and upper body strength has improved a lot since I’ve started with him and my deadlift form is more solid as well!
